We built a custom automation application that connects directly to QuickBooks, enabling both organizations to move from manual, time-consuming invoicing workflows to a streamlined, automated process. We rewrote job descriptions across both organizations using a structured “Past, Present, Future” methodology — grounding every role in the company’s origin and mission, defining current responsibilities with clarity, and articulating how the role evolves as the business scales. Job descriptions now serve not just as hiring tools, but as strategic documents that reinforce culture, set performance expectations, and support long-term workforce planning.
